This page indicates all the details you need to know before using anything I’ve posted in the blog, Creative Panorama.


I. GENERAL

All artworks (either in traditional or digital form), photos, and articles by Diane Rosales that are posted in this blog are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported.


II. SPECIFICS

To understand the Creative Commons I used to license the content of my blog, I will describe in detail what is and what is not allowed to be done in my blog’s content.

You are allowed to share my work online, under the following conditions:

1. You must contact me before publishing it elsewhere online (contact me via e-mail: diane.rosales@gmail.com).
2. You must provide a link back to my website (preferably this URL: http://blackwisteria.tumblr.com).
3. You must not claim my work as your own.
4. You must not alter the work in any way.
5. You are not allowed to redistribute my work without asking permission from me.
6. You are not allowed to commercialize my work.

III. DEFINITIONS

WORKS = these include the following:

1. Text I authored and created (such as text in my blog entries, poems, short stories, etc.).
2. Traditional artwork I created (such as sketches, drawings, paintings, etc.).
3. Digital artwork I created (such as graphic designed artworks, etc.).
4. Photographs I captured
5. Anything that I have created that was not included in the list.

ALTER = minor and major transformation of my work (such as colorizing, cropping, using one part of the work into another work, etc.).

REDISTRIBUTE = to distribute my work in other means (like printing a hard copy, etc.) without asking permission from me.

COMMERCIALIZE = to use my work for profitable means (like selling it, etc).


IV. REPORT?

If you see my work elsewhere without following my rules (like not linking back to my site, altered version of my work, etc.) please do contact me via email (diane.rosales@gmail.com). I would seriously appreciate your effort in supporting my art.
